Account creation on the Site is restricted solely to Jacob Voytko. No other individual or entity is authorized to create an account. The sole authorized account holder represents and warrants that he is over the age of 13, and therefore the Service is in full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

You agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms. Without limitation, you shall not:

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jacob Voytko and Bitlog Analytics from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim related to your use of the Service.

The failure of Bitlog Analytics to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
